In order to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible, we have put together a comprehensive help section and FAQs. Here you should be able to quickly find the answers to your questions.

Having trouble logging into your membership account? Follow the below steps:

  • If it is your first time at the Tigerland Superstore or you have not previously created an account, you need to create an account with us. To do this click 'Register' in the top right hand corner and follow the prompts, please ensure you click 'Club Member' and enter in your membership portal login details so you can receive your discount. 
  • If you are unsure of your membership login details, you will need to reset your password via the Richmond Football Club's membership portal, after this is completed you will need to log back into your Tigerland Superstore account and go to 'Account Settings' to update your membership password so you can receive your discount. 
  • If you are logged in to your Superstore account and see the error message of 'failed password' this means we do not have your current membership password, please follow the above step to re-enter your new membership password under 'Account Settings' in your Superstore account page.
  • If you are still unable to receive your discount, please email tigerland@richmondfc.com.au with the problem and best time to call so we can assist you.
