The Tigerland Superstore can facilitate exchanges of goods for a change of mind within 90 days of receipt by you. In order for us to exchange the product, we require the following information (faulty items are exempt from the below);
- Proof of purchase
- The goods have not been worn/used and the tags are still attached; and
- Goods are purchased at full price (we cannot accept returns of sale items)

Please note that in the case of items being sent, postage and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure you include a note of what you would like to exchange the item for, your order number and your full name. Once you have sent off your parcel to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number so we can track your parcel and assist where necessary.
The Tigerland Superstore cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit.
If you do change your mind on the purchase of an item online, the Tigerland Superstore can offer online store credit to use towards a future order.
