Member Choice, Member Discount, and Login FAQ's


2022 Information:

When will I receive my Roar Store Voucher?

Eligible members who have renewed before December 1 will receive their $20 vouchers via email starting in December, 2021. Thereafter, vouchers will be sent a week after you sign up or renew as a 2022 member.


Will there be match day collection?

At this stage we will not be having match day collection for Member Choice items, however if this does change, we will be sure to let you know!


Can I still redeem the 2022 Member Cap or Scarf?

Yes! 2022 Member Caps and Scarves are available both online and in-store so you can put your $20 voucher towards your cap/scarf.


Can I use my $20 voucher in store?

Yes! Vouchers can be used both online and in-store.


Who receives a $20 voucher?

Reserved Seat, General Admission, AFLW and Tiger Supporters will receive vouchers. 

Richmond Rookies, Tiger Toddler, Baby Tiger and Pet members are not eligible for a $20 voucher.


Can I put my voucher towards something else?

Yes! You can use your $20 voucher towards anything at Roar Store.


Do I need to be logged into my account to access the Member Choice products if purchasing online?

 Yes, you will need to be logged into your Roar Store account to be able to access the Member Choice range. Once you have logged in the club member range will become available to you. This tab can be found at the top of the page on the online store.


Don’t have an account?

 Follow these steps to create your Roar Store account:

  • Click on REGISTER in the top right hand corner of
  • Tick “Yes” to ‘Are you a Club Member?’
  • Provide the email address linked to your Richmond Football Club membership. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, or are unsure what the address may be, please contact the membership department on 1300 742 466.
  • Create your Roar Store password and reconfirm. Please ensure this is the same as your membership account password. If you are unsure of this you can call the membership team on 1300 742 466 to update this or you can request a password reset link through the membership page (Home | My Richmond Account (
  • Fill out your personal details 
  • Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy and prove you are not a Robot
  • Finally click “Create Account” 


Will I still receive my 10% member discount if I use my voucher?

Your 10% discount will not apply to the Member Range including the 2022 cap or scarf but it will be applied across any other items online. 


My voucher code is not working. What shall I do?

 Please contact the Richmond Membership Team on 1300 742 466 or [email protected] and they will be happy to assist you.


Does my $20 Roar Store voucher expire?

 Yes, your voucher will expire on 31st October, 2022.


I didn’t redeem my 2021 Member cap or scarf, can I still redeem it?

 Yes! 2021 Member caps and scarves are available online and in-store.
