*NEW* 2021 Member Choice Redemption

As part of your 2021 Richmond membership pack, we're giving members greater flexibility and choice by introducing a $20 Roar Store voucher. Use your voucher online via the Roar Store and choose how you’d like to spend your voucher!  

How do I receive my Roar Store Voucher? 

Eligible members will receive their $20 voucher via email from mid-February 2021.  

Can I use this voucher to redeem my 2021 member cap or scarf? 

Yes! 2021 member caps and scarves will be available to redeem online using your $20 voucher. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your voucher to purchase any other item online at the Roar Store.

Who receives a $20 voucher? 
2021 Reserved Seat, General Admission, AFLW and Tiger Supporter members will receive a $20 Roar Store voucher.  Please note non access memberships such as Baby Tiger, Tiger Toddler, Richmond Rookies, Coaches Combine and Pet are not eligible for a $20 voucher. 

Can I put my voucher towards something else? 

Yes! You can use your voucher towards any product on the Roar Store site. Please note vouchers cannot be used to cover postage costs. 

Will I still receive my 10% member discount if I use my voucher? 

As 2021 member products (caps, scarves, polo, hoodie) are already discounted, the member discount of 10% will not apply to these items. Your 10% member discount however will still apply across all other items online.   

Can I use my $20 voucher in store? 

Vouchers can only be used online.   

Do I have to use my $20 voucher all in one transaction? 

Yes, vouchers need to be used in one transaction. 

How do I redeem my member cap or scarf? 

Once logged in to the Roar Store a membership category will appear at the top of the page. This page is exclusive to 2021 Club members and can only be accessed when logged in. From here, simply select your member cap or scarf, continue shopping or proceed to check out! 

Can I purchase other items alongside my member cap or scarf? 

Yes! You’re welcome to purchase other items as well as your member cap or scarf or simply choose your item and proceed to checkout. 2021 member caps and scarves are valued at $20 per item. 

Can I collect my cap or scarf in-store? 

2021 caps and scarves will only be available to redeem online via the Roar Store. Member caps and scarves will not be available to collect in-store or physically on match days. 

My voucher code is not working. What can I do? 

Please contact the Richmond Membership Team on 1300 742 466 between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and they will be happy to assist you.  

Does my Roar Store voucher expire? 

Yes, all vouchers will expire on October 31, 2021. 

I have a family membership, how do I redeem caps and scarves for my whole family? 

Eligible family memberships will be sent a voucher code for the number of members in the family. Example: If you have a family membership of 4, you will receive a code for $80. 

I do not have a family membership but I want to redeem all my friends and families caps and scarves in one transaction. What can I do?

How much is postage with my Member Choice product?


  • Postage within Australia is a standard flat fee of $9.95.
  • Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping.


  • If you are only ordering your Member Choice product, postage is $9.95 AUD.
  • If you are ordering multiple items, a flat postage fee of $15.00 AUD applies.


  • If you are only ordering your Member Choice product, postage is $9.95 AUD.
  • If you are ordering multiple items, a flat postage fee of $25.00 AUD applies.

How do I redeem my 10% Member’s discount?

If this is your first time making a purchase with your membership discount since our new site was launched (Nov 2019) then you need to create a Roar Store Account and link it to your Richmond Football Club Membership account details. 

Any renewed Club Member receives 10% off full priced items, excluding memorabilia. This discount is not in conjunction with any other offers. 

 How do I create a Roar Store Account?

  • Click on REGISTER in the top right hand corner of
  • Tick “Yes” to ‘Are you a Club Member?’
  • Provide the email address linked to your Richmond Football Club membership. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, or are unsure what the address may be, please contact the membership department on 1300 742 466.
  • Provide your Richmond Football Club membership password. If you do not know this password please see the next question- I do not know my password for my Membership account. What can I do?
  • Create your Roar Store password and reconfirm. This can be the same or different from your membership password
  • Fill out your personal details 
  • Tick you agree to the Privacy Policy and prove you are not a Robot
  • Finally click “Create Account” 

I do not know my password for my Membership account. What can I do?

If you do not know your membership password, you can reset your member password via our Richmond Football Club's Membership site here

  • In the top right hand corner click ‘Sign In’ 
  • Enter the email address associated with your membership and then click ‘Next’ 
  • This will bring up the ‘Forgot Password’ option 

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address registered for your membership. To enquire about this please contact the membership team on 1300 742 466.

I have set up my Roar Store account, but it is not recognising me as a member (i.e. 'Fail email' or 'Fail password' error message). What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. If you have recently updated your email or password in your membership account you will need to update your account with the Roar Store to reflect these changes.

To re-enter your details follow the below steps:

  • Sign into your Roar Store account by clicking SIGN IN the top right hand corner of
  • Click Account
  • Click Account Settings
  • Select Yes to “Want to access Club member discount?/Update Club member password”
  • Re-enter your email address linked to your club membership account and your membership password in the field ‘Provide your club membership password’
  • Click 'Update Details' and log out of your account
  • Log back into your account to see the discount automatically applied on eligible products.
